  • Electronic depositing of all proceeds directly into your bank account.

  • Detailed monthly statements of all transactions and any paid invoices.

  • Complete move-out inspections with photos and detailed checklist.

Lease Only
75% of one month rent
  • Meeting at your property for an initial consultation. We'll discuss what you can expect to get in rent and what you can do to rent for more and sooner and what all you'll need to do to prepare.


  • Photography and video will be taken for an expertly written rental listing ad.


  • Syndicated advertising to over 60 web sites including Zillow,,, Facebook and many more. Your ad will also be listed on Comble's website and the NWMLS.


  • Receiving inquires, scheduling and showing of your property.

  • Thorough tenant screen by a professional screening company paid by the perspective tenant will include:


  Full Credit History including civil judgments, liens, and collections.


  Criminal background search.


  Income and employment verification.


  Current and past rental reference verification.


  • Negotiation of lease terms and preparation of all documents.

  • Lease signing and collection of initial rent and security deposit.

  • Complete move-in inspection with photos and detailed checklist.
